KIDS : 6:00PM - 7:00PM

ADULTS : 7:00PM - 8:30PM

Judo classes prioritizes teaching safety aspects such as breakfalls and rolling techniques before advancing into throwing and grappling techniques. These classes are catered to both beginner and advanced students.
